Draft of Organizational Model
This is the place where we draft the valid Organizational Model of the company.
Click on Draft (1)
A page with 3 columns of the Hub concept (2) will open:
- Production Processes
- Hub Processes
Customer Processes
Click the Add Proces button (3)
A pane will open on the right side of the screen.
Enter the process according to the instructions found in the How-to documents.
When entering all the desired processes is finished, click on the top-right button Publish as Final (4).
After clicking, the entered processes move to the Organizational Model tool. This also clears this Draft page.
