How to... Start-Ops

Image description

The purpose of the Start-Ops meetings is to coordinate the activities between the Process Managers.

Arena Meetings:

To ensure synchronized execution of TaskPacks across different processes, the Process Manager team must collaborate and plan together for the Arena. This can be achieved through specialized work meetings aimed at synchronizing activities in the Arena.

The working meetings of the Arena are:

  • Arena Core
    • Frequency: every day or 3 times a week
    • Duration: 30 – 45 min.
  • Arena Support
    • Frequency: 3 times a week
    • Duration: 15 min.

There are other operational working meetings.

They should not be neglected. They can be conducted individually or combined. Therefore, their timing and frequency should be adjusted to current circumstances. That is also why we do not schedule them in the calendar long-term in advance.
