Review of Registered Problems and Problem Root Cause Identification

Convener: The meeting is called to order by the Top Manager.


Participants: One Team and problem proposers as participants.


Topics:

  • Review and assessment of the regularity of registered problems.
  • Moving problems to the Problem Box and taking individual problems into the problem-solving process.
  • Identification of problem root causes for selected problems.

Problem Solution Proposals

Convener: The Top Manager


Participants: are those who are presumed to contribute to the solution during the problem root cause identification.

The Process Manager can solve the problem independently without a meeting.


Topics:

  • The only topic for these meetings is proposing problem solutions.


Setting up a Solution Project

Convener: The Top Manager


Participants: are solution implementers and (possibly) selected participants in the solution project.


Topics:

  • Discussion and consideration of the project proposals presented by the implementer.
  • Adoption of the solution project.


Monitoring the Solution Project

Convener: The Top Manager


Participants: are solution implementers and (possibly) selected participants in the solution project.


Topics:

  • The only topic for these meetings is monitoring the solution project.
  • Declaring the problem solved.
