Reminder:

Using Constructor's tools, we have created our incentive program for Doers. In the Incentive Box, we will regularly evaluate the work of Doers and then reward them according to our incentive program. Therefore, the Incentive Box deals with the following activities:

  • Evaluation of the effects of the Doer
  • Delivery of incentives to the Doer

Evaluation of the effects of the Doer

At established intervals (usually monthly), we evaluate and analyze the performance of each Doer. According to our criteria, we evaluate the Doer based on the following effects:

Compliance with procedures from the TaskPack

This is the most important criterion for us because if Doers comply with the procedures from the TaskPack, the company can expect positive results.

There is often confusion in cases where the Doer has achieved good results but has not followed the procedures from the TaskPack. We need to be consistent here. Regardless of the result, we must determine whether the Doer followed the procedures from the TaskPack.

Results achieved in the completed TaskPacks in the Arena

By reviewing the Arena and the Problem Box, we determine whether the Doer achieved the required results or not. The "verdict" is simple. Did the Doer complete all TaskPacks with the required result or not? If not, we check the Problem Box to see if the problem was with the Doer.

If the Doers achieved the required results, or if the problem with the unachieved results was not with them, we will give them the promised incentive from the incentive program.

Engagement in the Problem Box

We will review the Problem Box. Those who have been recognized as problem identifiers and prominent participants in problem-solving will receive the appropriate incentives according to the incentive program.

Engagement in the Idea Box

We will review the Idea Box. Those who have been recognized as proposers of improvements and prominent participants in the implementation of improvements will receive the appropriate incentives according to the incentive program.

Feedback and incentive delivery

After evaluating the effects, we deliver incentives to the Doer according to the incentive program. The incentive delivery deadline is set in the Neuro Calendars.

Feedback and notification of incentives

We inform Doers individually about their performance for a certain period. We comment on the good and bad aspects of their performance, comparing it with previous periods. This is also an explanation for the evaluation of their performance and the incentives earned. In this case, the feedback is a very structured and simple process.

Delivery of incentives

Depending on the incentives we have chosen in the incentive program, we will deliver them to the Doers appropriately and at the planned deadlines.

By delivering incentives on time, the activity in the Incentive Box is completed.
